But need High PR sites to link to mine! Any ideas that are FREE?

Your site is quite painful to look at – there are a lot of graphics that hit you between the eyes when you visit. Most High PR sites look at the link requester and this could be one problem you are facing.
Link exchanges don’t really work now so I hope that you not asking high PR sites to link onto your link exchange site.

Your link exchange may be classed as a "bad neighbourhood" which means that if you linking to it you are having problems.
